How do you ship packages?
Packages from our global warehouse Located to your nearest place will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of finestbrandonline.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

мне понравилось платье ,как сидит . качество за такую цену пойдет. Электризуется , и не такое яркое ,как заявлено на фото ,тускнее цвет. Дошло за 9 дней
Платье за свою цену хорошее. На параметры 104-76-104 Л оказалось большевато, но обернула пояс 2 раза во круг талии и нормально. На рост 170 длина спереди немногл выше колена, сзади ниже, как видно на фото. Для лета отлично подойдёт. С продавцом не общалась. Пришло за 3-4 недели в постмат.
Неплохой халатик, выглядит бюджетно, но за эти деньги вполне неплохо. Взяла S по отзывам на 88-65-95 и рост 170, но М был бы лучше, длина полная.
Delivery was 3,5 weeks to NL. I love the dress! Same as picture, good quality and looks very pretty. I love the color and style. I took one size bigger. My normal EU size is S/M with 92 bust, 78 waist and 96 hips. Now I purchased size L and fits perfect. Very good for this price, I am happy.

Livraison très rapide, en seulement 2 semaines à chelyabinsk. Robe légère, on va voir comment il va faire chaud. Pour mes paramètres 78/66/94, la taille S convenait bien. Moins-il magnétise fortement, il faudra pulvériser un antistatique.

Robe de maison avec des yeux))) en général, la robe est légère, douce. Synthétique, donc j'espère que l'été ne sera pas comme dans le bain. Il a l'air mignon) très cool pour la taille. Arrivé rapidement, littéralement en 10 jours au point de livraison.

Robe d'été légère. Sur le côté coulissant se trouve un trou à travers lequel une partie de la sangle de la robe est enfilée et attachée avec l'autre partie. Encolure profonde. Matière en soie, mélangée, je ne suis pas vraiment ravie-il fera chaud dedans. Opaque, très électrifié (le lavage perdra probablement de l'électricité). Je mesure 1.64 m de haut, 90-80-95, taille adaptée

Magnifique! Convient bien car c'est une robe enveloppante, pas un pull. La couleur verte est un peu plus foncée que prévu mais pas beaucoup. Bon tissu aussi!
La robe est livrée en lettonie en 19 jours. Pris pour l'été, à la maison comme un peignoir. Tissu agréable, arrivé même impeccable, très léger, corps agréable. Sur mes paramètres maigres, juste à l'aise, peut-être même que ce serait mieux, libre autour de la maison, mais pas mal, jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y ait pas de chaleur à la maison, le bandage où le côté gauche est percé est au dessus de la taille, à ma taille, mais dans ce style ça ne dérange pas. Ma taille est 168, poitrine 88, taille 75, hanches 98, couleur vive, super. Je recommande le vendeur 5 +
Jolie robe à l'odeur-le tissu est mince mais ne brille pas, sèche instantanément, donc convient bien à la plage. Des inconvénients-il est très électrifié, il y avait un peu de fil, certains endroits ne sont pas très bien cousus. S convient bien à 42 taille: 84-64-89. La couleur est belle, brillante.
J'ai commandé 09.02 et j'ai reçu 22.02. À kiev. La robe est bonne pour ce genre d'argent. Pour une croissance de 168, og98, de 81, environ 116 a approché l. Je trouve ça court. Synthétique. Bonne couleur. Je n'ai pas communiqué avec le vendeur-ce n'était pas nécessaire.

La taille de 178 est courte. Ne convient que si une fille très mince ou marcher sur la plage. Le tissu est très électrolytique, une fois enlevé, il ne colle pas des mains. Dans l'ensemble, le style est beau, mais ce sera mieux pour une petite taille et une taille mince
La robe est cool, la matière n'est pas mauvaise. La coupe sur la poitrine n'est que grande, mais vous pouvez la réduire avec un rouleau. Cela fait un peu moins d'un mois
La livraison est assez rapide. L'emballage est standard. Mes paramètres sont 106-90-106. Serré dans la manche. Le reste est bon. Assez confortable. Mais je ne vais pas sortir. Je vais trouver une manche et la porter à la maison.
